Liquefied petroleum gas, commonly known as LPG, is a combustible gas. It is widely used  as a cooking fuel.

Nowadays, with technological development, people have many choices for cooking fuel. Yet we assume that LPG is more commonly used.

We are visiting houses (completed 20 till now) and found that 65% of people buy cylinders from the black market. We wanted out to find out why they use the black market.

We have also visited a LPG supply station, there we have learnt how empty cylinders are filled.

LPG has both advantages and disadvantages. We observed that children in our neighborhood are not aware of the accidents that may cause from their mishandling of cylinders. This encouraged us to educate people about the accidents and precautionary measures to handle LPG cylinders.
