Abstract:

The internet has many resources that could be very useful to enhance one’s own geography knowledge beyond the textbook and to teach geography in innovative ways.

In this presentation, I will share some of these resources: What they are, where to find them, how you might be able to use them (suggested pedagogies), ethical use, and more.

Audience:

Suitable for children 13+, school geography (and social science) teachers, anyone interested in helping children access these resources safely for their own learning.
